My friend recently left her ex for current boyfriend but she’s now texting her ex, asking people to text him and to play with his feelings and ringing & making group chats with him. I don’t know if i should tell her to stop and stop acting this way or just not involve myself. If i don’t say something would i be a bad friend ?

If y’all are close definitely tell her to quit. She’s being petty af, probably out of pain. A good friend would speak up and help their friend through this time instead of letting their friend look petty and silly. But honestly if you guys aren’t that close, I wouldn’t get involved.

You should tell the ex-boyfriend so he can put harassment charges on her. All he has Todo he tell all of them to stop. Pretty much has to put in a final text message that they need to stop. Any of them continue after he says stop he needs to take photos all the text of all the harassment and you yourself have to go with him so he has proof that she's the one that's harassing him.

Try a heart warm conversation. She might just be fooling herself about what she's doing is ok because she still has feelings for her ex and does not want to admit it....but if that doesn't work a clue or two to her current boyfriend would be the best thing to do. Listen you can help her by giving her an advice but never tell her what to do. Give her a story she won't forget. If, after you guided her and she continue, it's not your story anymore sis. You can feel bad but that's about where it'll go. If you made a choice and decision well, she then know what she's doing.

Tell her to stop. It’s not fair to either of them. 
This is a different situation but could conclude the same.. my parents separated after 35+ years, 25 married.. my mom was seeing and living with someone else, but kept stringing my dad along, keeping tabs on him, making him feel guilty anytime he tried to enjoy his life and constantly giving him false hope.. my father lost everything. His heart was absolutely destroyed along with his mental health and free will. Last July I lost my father. 
If someone does not want to be with someone, there is no reason to keep tabs or string them along. Tell her to let him go and to also be honest with the guy she is currently with.  Sounds like a selfish person who doesn’t know what she wants. She needs to figure herself out and probably stay single until she does.

I tried myself on being a real friend so I'm never going to tell you what you want to hear and if I feel like you wrong for that then I'm going to be like girl I love you but you wrong for that and it is what it is so I would just drop little things like up above to make her think twice about it and she asked me directly yeah that I would tell her it's stupid and just stop but other than that is she my friend so imma mind my business
