Can i move to another state in peace?

I am in dying need of escaping my children’s father. He’s abusive in every way possible!!! He won’t stop sending me threats , he’s also texting my family members threats! Is it possible i can move states without him knowing? Anytime he sees me he wants to fight & im over it! He’s ruining my reputation in the streets by telling lies out of anger! Turning people against me to the point their popping up at my house wanting to fight!! I have to leave the state asap !
