Losing sex drive during pregnancy

So my fiancé and I have been together a year and a half we've always been very sexual for the most part. We have sex everyday usually multiple times a day (we're both pretty sexual people 🤷🏽‍♀️) but lately... I have just not been in the mood! now that we're going consecutive days without having sex he is asking questions like " do you still want to marry me, am I not doing it for you anymore" It's been like this for about 2 weeks now and I can tell it's bothering him. I feel bad and I don't really know how to explain to him what's going on. I don't want him to lose interest because I'm now pregnant and lazy. I still love him and of course I still want marriage and a happy life with him but I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and I'm always tired and not in the mood to have sex as much as we used to. I know I'm still early in pregnancy so I'm not sure why I am experiencing this but any advice about this topic? Anyone else experience
