Help?? TTC

Need tips or advice …

Me and my bf are trying to have a baby (we really want this ) and I finally had a positive test back in May but I had a miscarriage at about 7 wks … any advice on how to get pregnant and stay pregnant or anything that can help the process ..thanks in advance … I have only had 1 period since the miscarriage and it was very small and light compared to my “normal” before the pregnancy..does that mean anything ? According to this app my ovulation day is tomorrow but I took a test tonight and it was negative…
