Divorce question ?

When you file for a divorce does the process start after the down payment or after you fully pay it off?

I made my down payment and did paper work the 10th of last month then paid the rest the 29th of last month. So how long til it’s finalized?

Also, it’s uncontested. We’ve both signed the paperwork. We don’t have kids, property, car or anything at all together. Neither is getting alimony. Also was married only 9months, living separate since September 1st.
