How to get rid of acne?

Question

I tried every product they recommended but nothing happens. They would “fade” but the next day a big one will come out. I follow skincare routines every single day and night, tried spot treatments, even bought expensive brands, but it doesn’t improve! :(
Not sure if it’s because of the mask, so I tried changing brands and materials, but still the same..
Anyone please tell me what I’m doing wrong. It’s taking away my confidence as time passes by.

I used to have acne and now i have a happy clear skin. Like you i tried EVERyTHING even accutane and nothing helped until i realise that acne comes from within. I am sorry if this is not what you wanna hear but most acne is caused by gut or hormonal issues and there is no cream or lotion for that.  If you can afford a naturopath or functional doc that would be the best because they can test and see what are the real causes if not, this is what i did:
Supplements:
-parasite cleanse (I like parapro from organic olivia)- do it for one month
-liver supplement (same brand)-in the beggining take everyday, after that just the week before period 
-cod liver oil or omega 3
-good quality collagen peptides
-multivitamin 
-probiotics 
Food:
- avoid dairy to see if it affects you
-eat healthy and organic whenever possible
-no vegetable oils, refined sugars and processed foods
-if you eat sweets make sure its always as dessert so that they dont cause a big glucose spike
-lemon water first thing in the morning
Skincare:
-start using a retinol (follow the instructions,start slowly)
-start using some aha toner once or twice a week
-always double cleanse at night
-use good quality products without mineral oils

Acne happens for a few different reasons, what you are consuming, or what comes in contact with your skin. Could be detergent, soaps, lotions, shampoo, body wash, could be make up, what you use to apply to make up like the brushes, could be your sheets and pillows, could be what you’re wearing, could be what you’re consuming like I said. Sometimes foods that have gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, Caramel coloring, which can be hidden not just in dark colored sodas, but in salad dressings and other things, those can be triggers for acne. Sometimes it’s a side effect of birth control, or a product that seems like a good idea but not really is, like those hair skin and nail products, it has biotin, biotin breaks out your skin. It could be hormonal￼. Have you reached out to a dermatologist, I had a friend who has such bad acne, she had to have a whole regimen with the dermatologist, and in the end she had to do multiple chemical peels, but in the end, her skin is baby but clear, I was a whole process.

I'm 27 and still get hormonal Acne! So I started over with my skin care routine, and i was using $50-$100 products that made my skin worse!! For washing my face I use Cetaphil gentle cleanser after I use CeraVe face lotion and SPF30 sunscreen at the same time! When I get those deep pimples I use 'band-aid Hydro seal blister heels' I put a patch over the zit over night and sleep, when I wake up the patch has sucked all the "juice" out! I have realized I also over wash my face so I only wash every other day but still moisturizer! I get all my products from Walmart, CVS, Walgreens! I hope this helps ❤️
