HSP is a thing
guys i just found out something! it’s called HSP=highly sensitive person.
i personally don’t like the name but it explains a lot for me. i feel a lot more than the average person. i feel what characters in a movie feel,i can usually tell if someone isn’t okay,sensitive to certain lights and smells,overthinking. if this is you,you should look into it. it sucks to have intense feelings sometimes but you’re not alone!
