Implantation or just a light period?

So me and my fiancé have sex almost everyday, sometimes twice a day. And my period is usually very heavy and lasts about 6 days, also I have PCOS but I still have a regular period, somewhat. I never miss them. Anyways, my period was suppose to start on the 12th of October, and it didn’t “come” until the 23rd. But I don’t think I would’ve considered it a period because it was fresh pink and a little bit of red blood. Very light, and it only lasted about 2 and a half days. I used 1 or 2 tampons and they weren’t even halfway filled up. I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish and just get headaches and nausea the past 4-5 days. And to top it off, my nipples have been hurting so bad that I was jumping up and down in pain when I took off my bra. I’ve never felt that type of pain before. So what could this be??? Please give me info, or baby dust. Either one is fine ❤️
