Ttc medication for regulating menstrual

Hi ladies,

So a little back story I’ve been ttc for about 7-8 months now, my cycles have been very weird after getting my birth control implant removed. A month after my implant was removed I found out I had an ovarian cyst that eventually went away thankfully & continued my journey ttc baby #1.

I’ve noticed since my ovarian cyst was gone my cycles have still been weird, it would be 2-3 days late every month so I figured my cycle must be longer now. Well last month I was super late almost didn’t have a period for a whole month. When it arrived it was just spotting no clots didn’t even need to use a pad. This month is late again accompanied with symptoms like excessive peeing and a heaviness/slight pressure on my pelvis/lower belly. All pregnancy tests have been negative, Fr is bfn.

I’ve spoken to my doctor so I’ll be seeing her soon and having an ultrasound to make sure it’s not another ovarian cyst. But I’m wondering have any of you ladies experienced this after bc? What medication did you speak with your doctor about to try and regulate your cycles while ttc?
