Have you ever taken back a cheater? Why? And what had to happen before you knew they could be trusted and how long before things were normal again?

Yes - my ex, I took him back because he was exetremely abusive and manipulative and throughout the relationship he had slowly broken me down and made me feel worthless so I didnt think I deserved anything better. He cheated on me multiple times even after taking him back so he never changed 🤷🏻‍♀️ Everyones situations are different but if theyve cheated on you before they have zero love or respect for you. If they really loved you theyd never do that to you.

Yes I did a numerous of times with my daughters dad. Reason I stayed is because I wanted my daughter to have the family unite I never had growing up. I was around abuse as a child, and as an adult including.. I was physically, mentally, emotionally and financially abused by my daughters dad. He cheated a numerous of times, gave me stis etc whilst pregnant & when she was 15 months old. I stayed because I didn’t love myself, I had no self love, self worth and I had low self esteem. It’s hard knowing what you deserve but then settle for what you have. I was told countless times nobody would want me now I have a child so I just stayed. He ended up leaving for a new relationship & I was glad. Never once begged him back, he then went to jail couple months after leaving. So the universe was good to me, who knows where I’d be if he didn’t go to jail. 
Word of advice. Please don’t stay, my daughters dad did NOT LOVE NOR RESPECT ME because I didn’t myself. Men or anyone can only love and respect you if you respect and love yourself 🤍🤍✨

I could never and would never take back someone who cheated on me for the simple fact that mo matter how much they tried to prove it to me.id never be able to trust them again. I'd always be thinking they would do it again in thr back of my mind and I don't need thst stress.

Nah. There isn’t anything in the world he could do to make me trust him again and I don’t have time to be looking over my shoulder and questioning all the time. Life is too short and there are plenty of fish in the sea. Do better.

Did he tell you or did he hide it until you found out? Was it a one time thing or a full on affair with another women? Were children brought in based off this infidelity? Can you truly see yourself forgiving them? 
Therapy. Lots of it. Open communication. Open accessibility to what you need to confirm they are being faithful.
They have to understand this isn't something you are going to just wake up and be over. Not something.
I knew someone this happened to, he cheated and was honest about it after it happened. They had been going through a rough patch, not that it's an excuse for him.
She forgave him. With lots of work they made their relationship work. Now they have a kid together and are happy. 
Cheating can destroy a relationship but it doesn't have to. 
Just remember if you tell people they won't be as quick to forgive as you may be.
