Nipple stimulation to bring on labor

Hey ladies I’m 40 and 5 days overdue and I’m desperate to get this baby out. Apparently I have a posterior cervix but 4cm and quite effaced. Anyways I’ve been doing nipple stimulation to bring on labor, just wanting know how long after should I time my contractions? And has anyone here successfully kick started labor this way?

Well that worked did some nipple stimulation for three minutes and started regular contractions 10-15mins apart for 2hours then when into the hospital at 5am with intense contractions 5mins apart progressed to 9cm by 10am had my baby at 1030am. Healthy baby girl 8lbs 6. Successful epidural and an amazing quick delivery🥰
