Thank You gift for realtor?

So our family is in the final stages of closing on a house in this insane market, and the realtor we worked with has been unbelievably wonderful. She is mom to a 4 year old and due with another girl in February. She went above and beyond our expectations for months, has been incredibly patient while we dealt with a seller's market. We want to give her a thank you gift, but have no clue what is appropriate! I've seen her wear nicer brand names, but I myself am not trendy. With her expecting, I didn't know if a gift for her/baby was okay, also? Please give me your suggestions and ideas. Thank you!
