If your gassy does that mean baby will be gassy too?

I’ve heard before that if breast feeding you need to watch what you consume. Because if you become gassy, so will baby.

Some foods can make them gassy. I slowly started adding the foods back once I pinpointed which ones caused it. Once he was used to that I never had to restrict what I ate.

It’s possible.  There were things I ate that made baby gassy and didn’t make me gassy though too.  Oatmeal was a big help in milk production for me but I had to quit eating it because it was making my son super gassy😣
