Did my supervisor did this on accident or sound like he did it on purpose

Since October 20th my department has been paying us double for overtime where it was 1.5 before. I make $23 an hour so suppose to be paid $46 an hour for the OT I do. From oct 20th-oct 31 I did about 8 hours of ot. From nov 1- nov 6 I did 21 hours of OT that week. Most I’ve ever done. We got paid and I noticed he entered the 2x ot for the 8 hours but not for the 21 hours I did. So I got shorted $966. He’s entered it correctly each week except for when I did a ton of OT. I reached out to him and now he’s acting brand new. Because of grave yard shift I get some extra few dollars for certain amount of hours. He tried to say nothing was wrong. Sir how is $1.35 extra added on top of $23 an hour double time???? It’s not. I feel like he’s against me cause I probably made close to how much he does per paycheck. He hasn’t reached back out to me in a day. Thinking of calling HR. Like he entered it correctly the last few weeks and announced the double pay in our team meeting when our department first started double pay but didn’t enter it when I worked the most OT I’ve ever done and is trying to fight me on it. Trying not to take it personal but one supervisor didn’t enter it for her team and she was out for 3 months which makes sense cause she literally didn’t know and she didn’t ask her team to provide proof where my sup did. Other supervisor fixed it where he isn’t.
