Gift ideas for my son's first birthday wishlist?

He already has a million toys, so I'm trying to veer away from that. I'd like to put things on there that I would end up buying myself anyways. I know this past year I've switched his toys and swings and activity tables and all of that out about every three months. I've also purchased a lot of things myself as he gets older that he needed. So I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations so that I don't have to buy a bunch of stuff and end up with a bunch of junk toys that we don't need. So far on the wish list I have some eating supplies like suction plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups and all that. I also have a sensory table a rocking horse a tablet holder for the car and larger sleep sack. Any thing you really needed for your toddler?
