Am I having a miscarriage ?

Severe cramping like 10/10 pain every 10-30 minutes. But no blood or anything. The cramping is so intense it’s even made me throw up and poop 
Edit: sorry I forgot to mention I’m 12 weeks

If you are cramping that bad, you need to go to the ER immediately.

Are you sure it's not just gas pain? Upset stomach? Leading to diareah? Sometimes an upset stomach cause terrible pain.  
It's my only guess if you're not having bleeding... but I can't say for sure.

10/10 pain is ER territory.
That said, drink water. LOTS of water. I had bad cramps at 10 weeks. Called my OB and the nurse said to drink more water. “Drink like you’re running a marathon.”
I did and the cramps went away. I stay suuuuuper hydrated now and haven’t had issues since.

How far along are you? You could be having an ectopic pregnancy. I would go to ER ASAP

You need to go to a doctor. 10/10 cramping is never normal in pregnancy unless you’re giving birth…

I had pretty severe cramps around 12 weeks too. This is my 4th pregnancy, so I’m used to what’s “normal” for me and I definitely have never cramped like I was. My OB sent me to the ER and they couldn’t find anything wrong… baby was just fine. I’m 18 weeks now and still occasionally get cramps but baby is perfectly healthy. It’s worth getting checked to be sure, but just wanted to reassure you that things could still be okay.
