Normal for almost 6 year old girl to pretend to be a cat/dog?

My daughters favorite thing for a year+ is pretending to be a dog or cat. We have a dog and cat in the home. She is obsessed with animals, pets & being a vet in the future.

It is honestly annoying and starting to concern me how she will walk on all fours when playing dog/cat game and meow/bark and refuse to talk like a human. Pretend to scratch furniture like a cat, and when I say stop she says it was the cat. She is a cat. Or when we are driving or I'm cooking and all I hear is a thousand "MEOWS".

Is this normal and should I tell her to stop?
