Why am I gushing blood when I orgasm??

Can any one else who’s been on the IUD or maybe had this problem in general give me some ideas as to what’s causing this? I’ve had my IUD for about 6-7 months now and this just started happening the last 2 or 3 times me and my bf have had sex. I don’t really have a period anymore I get it every few months it’s only light spotting that lasts for a couple days, I haven’t bled in over a month but every time we have sex I start POURING blood when I have an orgasm? I don’t bleed at all the whole time during sex and I stop a couple hours later this is ONLY happening when I orgasm. Last night I was on top I finished before him so we kept going until he was done but I noticed it felt really really wet so I thought he finished in me or something but when I got up to get a towel and turn the lights on there was a pool of blood on my bfs stomach and it was streaming down onto the bed underneath him. I thought maybe I started my period which my period is NEVER that heavy but then it stopped an hour after we had sex. We had sex again today when he got off work and the same thing happened there was blood EVERYWHERE It’s soo much blood so bad I had to go sit in the bathtub when we were done because it was dripping out of me. I’ve also noticed in the past couple weeks I’ve had some pretty intense pelvic cramping but thought nothing of it but now this has started could that mean maybe my IUD is out of place or what?? I have an appointment scheduled with my OBGYN but I’m pretty concerned and just want to see if anyone else has this happen to them and what was the cause of it??? Also ovarian and cervical cancer run in my family my aunt and great grandma had to have a hysterectomy because of it they both got it at the age I’m at and Google says both those cancers have symptoms like this so I am terrified could it maybe be cancer related ???
