Xmas gifts for a 10 year old

So I’m totally stuck in what to get my son for Xmas. He gave me a list but literally everything on it is pretty extreme. He’s asked for an Oculus system, an Apple Watch, a Rolex(not sure where he got that idea from), a desktop gaming computer, and a chrome book. I feel terrible that he’s likely not getting anything on his list but I need some ideas on what are good affordable gifts for a 10 year old boy? So far for his stocking I’ve gotten him Stress balls, Fortnite action figure, diary of a wimpy kid book, gel pens, gaming headset, electronic doodle pad and that’s it. I’m literally stuck on what to get this kid this year.
