Can I go to any urgent care for swollen vaginal issue ?

I need Help!!

on Tuesday I had used toy (for first time)which didn't hurt at time but day after on Thursday 24th Nov, I started getting pain in vagina , lower abdominal pain & chills , fever and because of thanks giving my OBGYN will open on Monday . I need urgent care who can look into my issue .

Update : (25th Nov 6 am)morning started getting pink & foul smell discharge along with back pain. Currently No fever. Still need to wait till I see anyone for treatment. I am very scared . Anyone experienced this before?
