He is ... for discipline

My son will be 2 on January so he already started with the tantrums and being stubborn 😅 well he is great when we play but when it comes to things that i say (its dangerous, no , or such thing) he keeps on doing it and i cant leave him for more than 5 seconds! And when i say 5 seconds i am not kidding you ladies i swear he gets on the top of the computer table within seconds and jumps on it. Aside from breaking things he fell few times and blood came out of his lips and nose, thank god it wasnt serious but i was so scared. But he still gets on that table... and i cant cook or do other chores because i cant leave him alone. He is smart enough to wait for me to leave lolll. Sometimes he even gets on the table when i am with him in the room. Should I wait alittle longer to discipline or should i be more firm? Can you give me examples on how i should handle this ?
