Play date with a single dad.

So my daughter, husband, and I went on a play date at our friends house today. He has a daughter who is my daughters age so we thought it would be fun to get them together. Their both a little over two so they had fun together. He’s a recent single dad and the mom really isn’t in the picture because she’s a pos…anyways while we were visiting his daughter was acting up as two year olds do. The first time was her not sharing with my daughter, she kept saying mine, mine and because she was not sharing with my daughter he popped her in the butt and put her in time out for a minute. Second, was when they were eating she dropped her sippy cup on the ground on purpose and he screamed at the top of his lungs for her to stop and it scared my lo to the point where she cried, she’s not used to yelling. 😢. Third time was when his lo hit my daughter because she grabbed something out of her hand and he went up to his daughter and yelled stop it and flicked her in the arm to the point where she started crying…and it upset me and my lo. I don’t know if this is a weird parenting style I haven’t heard of, but I don’t like it and I don’t know how to bring it up to our friend without pissing him off. He works hard for his daughter and does love her, he’s just very aggressive towards her.
