Iud please help!! urgent

so i was having sex last night and it was pretty rough and i have the iud (kyleena) in and afterwards i went to the toilet and my insides felt really weird like there was something off up there. idk how to explain it but it was like a pressure and a pinching and all of a sudden blood just starts pouring out. it’s the next morning now and it doesn’t feel as weird but the blood is still pouring out. i’m also on my period so i can’t tell what’s what. is this normal????
