Should I be concerned?

Hey! So last week I noticed I have a a red spot on the top of my breast but brushed it off as I have super sensitive skin which reddens easily, however this morning when I went to shower I noticed it was still there. As I looked more closely I noticed it is very slightly raised and also has a slightly rough texture. It doesn’t hurt or itch, it’s just visible. It also does not appear to be a patch of dry skin. Any suggestion on what it’s is? Thanks.
