Is an Unmedicated birth possible for FTMs?

I’m scared of having an epidural… the whole idea of a needling and tube being put into my spine while And told I CANNOT move is unnerving! Plus I also heard it slows labor down a lot…But I am also scared of how bad child birth can be!😭I heard for second time moms unmedicated childbirth is Quick and easier than the first time.

As a FTM I have no idea if I will be able to take the pain of going All natural (especially if I need to be vaginally sliced).

Anyone did the all natural (unmedicated) childbirth the First time around ? Please tell me about your experience.
