2 month vaccines and more wakings

Did anyone notice any more night wakings after 2 month vaccines? Our baby was doing a good 7-8 hour stretch and then another 4-5 hour stretch only waking up once to nurse in the night. After the vaccine she’s started waking up at midnight (back to sleep with no feed) then 2am and 5:30am for feedings the past two nights after the vaccine. It’s a really distinct change and she was super fussy and in pain the evening after the vaccine but the next day seemed totally fine but still had those multiple wakings.
