I've decided to stop

My daughter will be 5 months next week and I have struggled with BF from day 1. We had to supplement because I didn't produce enough. Been on doperidone medication to increase production and it's still not enough for my growing baby. I've had blocked ducts 3 times and mastitis and I'm just so exhausted. I've been reluctant but finally decided to go ahead and slowly stop breastfeeding/pumping by reducing my daily pumps.

Does anyone have any tips or advice? It's hard but I think for my own mental well being I need to go ahead with this.
