22 and my doctor thinks I might have cancer

I’ve been having chest pain, shortness f breath, racing heart, and pain in my right arm for a few weeks now. When to urgent care and they found a mass in my chest the size of peach and also caught smaller mass on my liver. My red and white blood cell count was also abnormal although doc wasn’t considered about blood. Has anyone gone through this or know someone? I have to wait a while for biopsy but I physically and emotionally feel horrible. My symptoms are getting worse as each day goes on making me think it really is cancer. My bones ache, fatigued, no appetite, now my urine is cloudy. I also have a big medical history autoimmune diseases. I’m not looking for medical advice just emotional guidance? Not sure how long I’ve had this but I just feel awful.
