Found a lump in my breast

This might sound stupid, but I’m scared to go to the doctor. I found a small lump in my right boob, two actually. And I’ve been looking a lot of stuff up and I can’t really find anything that will tell me what to exactly feel for. All I know is that it’s in one boob and not the other, but they’re not big at all and I can’t tell if it’s normal or not. I made an appointment for tomorrow morning and I know I have to go, but I’m scared it’s going to be absolutely nothing and they’re gonna treat me like I’m dumb and wasting their time 😫 I know that’s a dumb way to feel. That’s what doctors are there for and they’d much rather it be nothing than something bad. Idk why I feel like that.

But at the same time I’m absolutely terrified. My grandma just passed from breast cancer and MONTH ago and now I find this. I’m hoping it’s nothing, if it is, I’m sure it’s just cyst. But my nerves are so high, I can’t even sleep.

Update- just in case anyone experiences this problem and searches it up, it is just a swollen gland. He said it’s usually nothing, not to stress about it and just check it every 4 weeks and if it gets bigger to come back in just so he can keep an eye on it considering breast cancer runs through my family. They were all super nice and comforting. If you’re scared about something, just go to the doctor! Better safe than sorry.
