vaccine and autoimmune diseases

my bf got the second shot of moderna on sunday, he has ulcerative colitis or crohns. i was wondering if he still feels like shit(only called off monday) worked today and yesterday. should he call his doctor ? he just doesn’t feel well still and i feel like it’s bc he’s immune compromised no fever luckily. how long did it take for your symptoms to go away and if you know someone who is immune compromised what happened ? thank you.
