Faint line but bleeding?

So I went to test today (showing symptoms) but I saw a spot of blood on my undies. Tested anyways and got a faint line. At first I thought it was just runny dye (as I watched it) but I went away and came back and it’s pretty clear. I’ve been pee once more since and have light red almost a pink blood on it. I think I’m cramping a bit but I just kind of feel bloated and like I’m on my period. Am I miscarrying and just caught it early? Is this implantation? Help I’m confused! Am I just seeing the line?
