Help pls
So my last normal period was in September I was like 5 days late in October and my period only lasted for 2 days, it was really light and unusual for me. I took these tests November 15th an then my blood pregnancy tests an urine tests came back negative in Dr office, I know I'm pregnant. I can feel it I just had a live birth via c section earlier this year In April. What do I do.
