Baby not peeing

My son will turn 1 next week. He has had a fever for a couple days and I honestly thought it was from teething. It happens every time he gets a tooth. He also wants to comfort nurse and is literally attached to my boob all night long. He'll wake every so often and I'll switch sides. He's also breastfeeding like normal during the day. But within the last 24 hours, he's peed twice. Like he literally could have kept the exact same diaper on for the past 2 days. Should I he worried!? I don't think he's dehydrated because he's taking in liquid. But now I'm wondering if he has some type of bladder infection or something
