Need advice..?

Okay so I’m two days late but I’ve been getting bfn..! I’m 12 dpo last time I tested was yesterday but I noticed I’m really sore in my abdomen where my c-section scar is it’s right above my scar not on my actual scar n I’ve been really nauseous my nipples have been sore a little and today I’ve noticed my boobs are sore now too 😫😫 I’m just confused it took 29 day to have a bfp with my son after taking so many test at home I had found out by going to the emergency room after passing out from not being able to keep anything down and with my daughter I found out 13 days after she was conceived it’s been almost two years since I was last pregnant and with everything I had to deal with during my daughter pregnancy I’ve completely forgot how it felt at first being pregnant can anyone tell me is this is a sign of pregnancy or pms..!

P.S both my babies were c-section delivered..!
