Can a man sign his rights over if he has proof that the woman put holes in the condoms (via text from her admitting because she wanted a baby by him)?

So a friend of mine had this female he’s been off and on with. Something told me she was no good for him. Anyway, she got pregnant even when claiming she was on bc and they ALWAYSSSSS used condoms. Also said if for some reason those methods failed them.. they wouldn’t go through with it. Long story short she falls pregnant.. tells him and they plan to make an appointment to .. yah know. So he expresses to her in a text he doesn’t understand how it happened and he always uses condoms and she was “ supposedly” on the pill. She texted him back, “since corona, all my friends are getting pregnant and I wanted a baby too! So I poked holes in the condom because I knew that you wouldn’t want a baby 😂”. He’s so pissed he wants nothing to do with her and he doesn’t want a child right now.
