Child tax credit ending

It has been nothing short of a blessing that we’ve been able to receive $600 a month “extra” with the advanced child tax credit since July. Seeing as how Dec 15 is the last day I’m honestly a bit sad that it’s ending and we will have to wait until we file our taxes to receive the rest. It’s helped us immensely with the ever-growing grocery prices since the pandemic and just being able to pay bills in general. I’m keeping my hopes high that the government may realize what a good thing it was for many families and continue it in the future. How is everyone else feeling about it?
