Period and milk supply
My daughter is 5 weeks old and I stopped bleeding 2 weeks ago.. then tonight I saw a small patch of red. I’m guessing it’s my period.. but I’m breastfeeding and she gets at the most 2 bottles a day. My milk supply has dropped, when I pump I can only get maybe 10 ML combined. How can I get my supply back up?? I don’t want to stop breastfeeding
