I have a 102.5 fever?!?

My husband has been sick several days with a low grade fever. Never going above 101 and severe dizziness and chills. They learned that he had an ear infection and gave him medicine for it. I wasn’t concerned about getting sick cause it was only an ear infection. Now about 8 hours ago my neck was aching and I was feeling slightly dizzy. Took Tylenol and now for the last 3 hours my temp started slowly going up from 99.1 to 102.5 within a matter of a few hours. I was freezing and then got too hot. Temp went down a little uncovered so I stayed uncovered and then it shot back up to 102.5 cause I thought I made myself too warm. Please Don’t give me hell for not getting vaccine. I’m going to get tested tomorrow, but I have several symptoms that my husband didn’t. He’s still sick so I’m still fully taking care of our 3 week old. I’m wearing a mask and washing my hands. I was kissing on him and my 4 year old this morning cause I felt fine. Never on my baby’s lips though. Idk what to do.
