Teenage girl issues

Lord yall the internet, instagram, snapchat, and tiktoc really runs my daughters life. I have limited it, monitored it, talked about it but still she will talk to ANYONE who messages her. She doesn't see anything wrong with it and the good old I won't let her live her life line comes out. I took the internet away completely for giving her phone number out to random boys for the second time. I have no clue what they talk about, she won't introduce me, she deleted all the contacts in her phone so I couldn't call if I wanted to. She's almost 16, she's a good student, rarely gets in trouble, does what's asked of her most of the time, but lives a double life on the internet. I dunno what to do am I over reacting?
