Breastfeeding help

I need some help from producing milk! With my first baby I could not produce any milk. I got really bad clogged ducks. It’s hurt sooooo bad could not even touch my breast. Nurses were forcing my son on me even tho I had no milk to give him :( after I tried formula he was gaining lots of weight.

I was sick for my whole 9 months of pregnancy and could not eat or drink much, maybe that could of been the problem!

Does any moms have any tips to helping get good flow and produce milk for my next baby’.

Does the treats you can buy at the store work? Water?
