My SO isn’t very understanding

Why doesn’t my SO see that even having a job you get a “break” from being a parent if even just for a few hours. He barely helps me with laundry, cleaning. Yeah he helps put our daughter to sleep but I feel like I’m burning myself out. He doesn’t see that even tho I’m a SAHM I work if not as hard maybe even harder. He just thinks I’m home all day and do nothing. When I’m reality I’m tired.
