Scared to go out with baby

Hi everyone! I’m just posting for some reassurance or opinions I’m not sure.

I’ve been so scared to take my almost 5 mo old pretty much anywhere and with holidays approaching, I’m feeling guilty that he’s missing out because of my anxiety. My concern is that my family isn’t going to listen to my no kissing rule. I’m just so paranoid after seeing things online! 😭 is it bad for me to keep him away? Or is it beneficial if he did end up catching something for his immune system?
