Breastfeeding and pregnant

Anyone else still breastfeeding? I have a 13 month old and I’m currently 6.5 weeks pregnant. breastfeeding is becoming a struggle because I already feel so depleted with all these 1st trimester symptoms, and every time my son latches I just feel so parched and light headed. My midwife said to keep going with BF I just wish it wasn’t feeling so taxing. My body feels like it’s working so hard lately 😥
