I need to vent

So my uncle is disabled, he can’t talk or drive or read/write. I’m not sure what exactly it is that he’s been diagnosed with or how much it affects him mentally. This next part is extremely embarrassing, but when I was younger, around 7, him and I were sitting outside and honestly I don’t remember that much, all I remember is touching his dick through his pants and he didn’t stop me. Eventually I told my mom and she and my dad talked to him.

Anyway, fast forward, a while ago he was at our house and my shirt was a little revealing so whenever I bent forward, it just showed a little. My dad said he wanted to talk to me and we went into another room and he just said I should be careful when I was leaning forward because my uncle kept looking down my shirt. It made so so uncomfortable that I stayed in my room till he left.

Another thing, a couple years ago, I overheard my aunts talking about him(my uncle) and how he had talked about wanting to marry one of my girl cousins and wanting to give her a lot of money. I’d like to add that he was in his late 40s and she was 17 at the time.

Like I said, I’m not sure how much his disability affects him mentally, but he makes me so uncomfortable
