IUD Concerns

On Tuesday, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time in a month. Because we hadn’t had sex in awhile, it felt similar to losing my virginity and took us a minute to get into it. Well after it happened, that day and the day after, I had pretty bad cramps that would come and go.

Is this normal or does it mean my IUD moved or something from the sex? Ive never experienced cramps after having sex with my boyfriend so I’m not sure if it’s because of my IUD or the month long break we had.
