Tylenol PM -2nd trimester —safe ???

Okay yall so I’ve been suffering from insomnia this entire  2nd trimester 🥺 I need my sleep okay . I work full time & I have a 9 year old son ! I want to be able to get a goods night rest to be able to work & attend to him ! 
I don’t ever do drugs I don’t drink I don’t smoke … I took a Tylenol PM tonight —and I feel so guilty . Are Y’all suffering from insomnia? What are y’all’s remedy’s !

Yes totally safe to take. I’m currently 6 months and have bad headaches I take ibuprofen

Tylenol pm is perfectly safe in pregnancy. Pregnancy insomnia is really and tough. It’s okay

It’s safe, but my doctor warned me to not take maximum dosage ongoing for consecutive days.

It’s fine. I never took it to sleep since I didn’t need the Tylenol portion of it. I just did unisom and was fine. Your OB should have a list of safe medications.

If you don’t need the Tylenol you could also just do a plain Benadryl since that’s the PM part of the Tylenol PM ☺️ I had to take Benadryl in my second pregnancy due to severe anxiety keeping me awake all night
