C section sutures keep spitting out

I had my c section a month ago and I had dissolvable staples put in but my body keeps rejecting them out. I saw my doctor last week and he took one or two out and he even told me my body keeps rejecting them and I’ve seen him about 5 times since my surgery about my incision and today I’ve noticed that two more sutures are popping out :/ should I go and get it checked again or should I just wait fir it to heal on its own?
