Are there always signs when a guy finishes in you?

We had sex and we used a condom but after he pulled out the condom was still partially inside of me. We didn’t pay attention to if it was the rim or just the bottom of the condom that was still inside so

I’m unsure if anything spilled out.

We have had unprotected sex before and usually when he finishes in me the rest of his semen will leak out later.. that didn’t happen this time so Is it likely that we’re good?
