What IUD do you have and did you have any side effects?

I had the Mirena and I loved it! I just got it out today..
I had it for 5 years. No baby’s! After 3 months I had no cramps, really no period, really no pms. If I did have my period it would be maybe 3 days. 
Removal wasn’t as bad as I thought! Super easy!

I also have Mirena and swear by it. The first few months were rough, very crampy and constant spotting. But after 6 months my periods stopped completely and my PMDD and perimenopause symptoms are 95% better. It also fixed my endometrial hyperplasia.

I have had 3 mirenas. 2 before a baby and chose that for after baby as well. It basically fixes all PMDD for me, and I don’t get a period or pregnant. Best of all worlds!
