Bassinet Help

Do/did any other mamas out there struggle to get their newborn to sleep during the day in the bassinet? We are making progress where he will sleep in his bassinet for majority of the evening. He’s only a week old, but I’ve been having him sleep in his swing during the day and then the bassinet at night. Not sure if this is good or not for him. Any advice is appreciated!

Note: If you have suggestions on how to swaddle, I’m all ears. I try, and he always gets his arms wriggled right back by his face.
